This is my commission ToS page. Here you'll find everything you need to know about my commissions as well as some helpful pointers if you're interested in commissioning me.

How to Order

• Contact via DeviantArt (CrunchyDumplings) or discord (CrunchyDumplings#7231)• For prices + examples, see Commission Prices• Please make sure my commissions are open when placing an order. My commission status is stated in my DeviantArt bio.• When placing an order, please provide some reference pictures of the subject you'd like me to draw . The more the better!

Payment

• I take payments in EUR and via PayPal only. Please use the "Goods and Services" option or have me send you an invoice!• Payment is expected within 24 hours. I do not reserve commission slots.• Refunds are only possible before I begin working on the drawing.

Terms of Service

• I, the artist, retain full and exclusive rights to the original artwork. The commissioned artwork is meant for personal use only.• Unless previously discussed, commissioned artwork is for noncommercial purposes only.• All commissioned artwork will include a subtle signature which you may remove (unless sharing online).• The artwork can be reposted and/or used as a profile picture as long as proper credit is given (@ or link to my page).• Heavily copying, tracing, or claiming of the artwork as your own is strictly prohibited.• Currently, I only draw equines for my commissions. Other animals may be available in the future.

Process and Workflow

• I will notify you when I have started working on your commission.• You will be provided with regular updates and WIPs throughout the drawing process.• Commissions usually take about a week to complete. The time it takes to finish a commission can vary depending on the kind and complexity of the drawing.• Before receiving the payment, I will let you know how long the drawing should take. Should anything slow down the process, I will notify you as soon as possible.
